Alex and all the staff are so friendly, polite, patient and very knowledgeable about how to keep my pool, healthy, clear and clean. Thank you so much to the staff of swan pool and spa. The staff always go above and beyond for their customers. I was running a little late today before closing time, only due to a traffic jam very close to their pool shop I telephoned and I was told that the gates had been shut, it was a few minutes before closing time and because I was only 300 yrds away, the lovely polite lady on the phone said they would reopen the gates. They turned back on the til and gave me the products that I needed. That’s going above and beyond if you ask me. THANK YOU. Google review needed on this companies staff. Have to say, great service from start to finish. We popped over to look at a Malibu and Edward was really helpful.... so helpful we placed our order there and then! Expecting a delivery date of a couple of weeks or so to be told “we can deliver and install tomorrow”, Mark arrived promptly as promised before we knew it there it was in place and being filled! Mark talked us through how to dose it, clean it and how to refill it; sounds straight forward I know but I would have ended up with an airlock I’m sure! Thank you to all the team, we are now enjoying a bubble every evening 👍

Big shout out to Ben (and Matt, I think) on behalf of my parents. They were very impressed by the friendly and professional delivery/installation of their Winchester hot tub on Tuesday 16th February.

This is a family run business and they have been great from start to finish. Absolutely no pressure at all when buying. They explained everything as we have never owned a hot tub before. They were just interested in us having the right tub not the most expensive one. Delivery was as promised and we are very happy with the product (much better quality than we seen locally) and the ongoing customer service. They genuinely care which is nice to know!

Purchased a leaf net used it once and was OK went to use it the again and the handle broke went back to the shop after 6 days of purchase I couldn’t find the receipt but showed them my online banking and they wouldn’t replace it. Poor service. which part is not truthful and what evidence did you have to show that it has been abused? the gentleman that i spoke to said that it looked faulty (not abused) but when he went to the back to see the manager to ask if he could exchange it the manger said no. no one explained or showed me where it was abused very poor service wouldn't recommend.
