Poor customer service, the contract they tie you into is terrible, they make it extremely difficult if you want to terminate early. The timetable for the swimming pool isn’t convenient and is always fully booked anyway. The gym equipment isn’t maintained properly. Overall I’d avoid BH live at all costs, plenty of better options out there.

Great learner pool and the main pool split in to two sections ( so essentially there are 3 separate pools ) for "Wet and Wacky" kids play sessions ( with inflatables and floats ) and also lane swimming in the other separate main pool session. Very small soft play area but very handy for toddlers, small kids. Cafe on sight, pre Covid they used to sell bottles of beer and do hot food, only small selection of pastries and sandwiches now from what I saw. Also great playground outside!
