Great spot for a family day, especially on a rainy day. The facilities are great, well maintained and in good overall shape. The type of visitors vary but for the most part, everyone behaves. The soft play area is rather small and can feel a bit claustrophobic after a while but other than that, the rest is very good. The Sunday roast isn’t the best but it’s good enough if you’re out of options.

Great venue with really nice spa with good sized pool. Nice welcoming staff. We stayed in a little cottage which was great. Food (both dinner and breakfast) let it down a bit - a bit 'municipal' for the type of venue. If they upped the catering this would be a solid 5 star.
