I just tried to make an enquiry about one of their services and the lady on the phone was rude and just hung up on me before I could even ask any questions about availability and such. Their actual services might be great, but with unprofessional behaviour like that I would never use their services for anything.

I’ve been going to Beyond Beauty for a while and can honestly say that’s it’s the friendliest and most professional salon that I’ve been to. The treatment rooms are always spotlessly clean and the treatment beds always have fresh paper towel and linen towels on them. All of the staff I’ve met there have been extremely professional and I’ve felt very confident in their abilities. I’ve had various different treatments in the salon, including lots of different facials, eyebrow waxing and high definition brows and I’ve been really pleased with all of them. Everything I’ve had done has been explained to me and I’ve definitely seen excellent results from my facials. I can’t praise Beyond Beauty highly enough. If I could give them 10 stars I would 😊
