I was gifted a massage for my birthday which I finally booked in over the weekend, and I came away with a relaxed body and such a renewed sense of calm that was very much needed as a busy working mum of two!! Nicola is extremely professional, patient and friendly, and has an amazing energy. I will definitely be going back.

I have visited Cariad on a number of occasions. I always look forward to visiting as I know post treatment I'll feel light yet grounded, relaxed yet alert. Every visit is somehow different, the pre-treatment chat always unearths something that's connected to my present mind state and subsequent physical health. Nicola is the complete professional, as someone on another review succinctly put "I felt listened to". I recommend a visit or 3 to Cariad as part of your self care.

Cariad is a centre for wellbeing. Nicola is always professional and listens closely to your needs so you get the most benefit from each session. I find her welcoming and I feel at ease during my treatments. Her hot stone massages are to die for. Her use of guided meditation in reiki sessions is soothing and relaxing. I always feel looked after and end sessions relaxed and revived. Nicola has an uncanny perception of what you need, whether it’s a peaceful, quiet session or a chat and a massage whilst targeting problem areas. Couldn’t recommend Cariad more highly.
