Wish I could give 0 stars. Awfull spa. Treatments booked were not received under qualified and rude staff. Will never return

Personal favourite place for a pamper. They always have really good monthly offers on that are great value plus if you pay a little extra you can use the gym and pool facilities. Can not fault this place love the facilities, the staff are wonderful and the cafe has some lovely light bites.

Came here when i recieved a spa day 2 for 1 treatment as part of my 21st birthday present. The girls here were lovely, excellent at their jobs in regards to our massages. We made good use of the other facilities available to us. Loved the jacuzzi, did not want to come out.

Absolutely delighted with the service. Had day at the spa with my daughter, as my birthday present. All staff very friendly patience and helpful. At the reception when we arrived , member of staff Lukas greeted us with smile, been very helpful and informative all the way until we have left few hours later. He even left he's lunch on the table and came to to see us at the reception, while his colleague was busy with other clients. Will definitely be back in the future for more treatments.

Both my partner and I found the massage to be very poor- the pressure was way to light. The facilities are good the sauna and steam room were nice. However they are open to the public and so there were alot of families with children-it should not be advertised as a spa day but access to facilities with a treatment.
