Absolutely hands down the best BJJ instructors I've ever had. They really care about training you to their best ability while also being damn good human beings. The mats here are always clean, the students are friendly, instructions are clear and the background music is great. Not heard a bad song yet.🤞 Stop thinking about trying BJJ and just sign up! You won't regret it.

I was looking at starting BJJ for a while before lockdown but didn't expect there to be such a brilliant gym so close by. Started recently as a first timer with my white belt, and the transition from the trial classes on offer to the beginners class was really smooth and easy. Fabio is a great coach and now I am onto the premium membership getting as many classes in as I can. Would definitely recommend to anybody!

I wanted my son to learn a martial art with a real world applicability and luckily - Impulse BJJ was nearby. My son was initially hesitant to attend, so I made him a deal: if he attended, I would too. My son left his first class grinning ear-to-ear! My early one-on-one classes with Fabio (which must be done prior to joining the class sessions) were very easy going and low pressure. Eventually I made it to a group class and purchased my gi, which had my son questioning when he would get his. Both my son and I had zero experience with martial arts, but we are both enjoying our sessions at Impulse BJJ and always look forward to class days! It also helps that the everyone that trains there easy is going and friendly.

Would 100% recommend. Fabio is a great coach that makes you feel very welcome from the when you first walk into the gym and breaks down the techniques in a way that is very easy to understand.
