Obviously understaffed to do the lunch time rush. Im not impressed by the manicure I got. It was don

Obviously understaffed to do the lunch time rush. Im not impressed by the manicure I got. It was done while I was getting a pedicure to save time but the end result is amateurish. The girl on my feet was lovely but the manicure lacked. She didnt push back my cuticles, buff the nail, or file them evenly. I'm also used to a relaxing hand massage to soften the cuticles. She also said something very rude in front of other customers and embarrassed me. I wont return.

The owner was absolutely rude. I have had a stroke and have difficulty in having control over my rig

The owner was absolutely rude. I have had a stroke and have difficulty in having control over my right hand, but with patience I can handle it, but in this case the owner yelled at me and demanded “I should relax” and it only made the involuntary movements worse. I will never go back there again.
