I would highly recommend Sam @ Gittins Sports I've been going to Sam for my treatments for a few years now and always recommend him to my friends - his massages are great and he is very thorough on the knots he pretty much doesn't let you leave until they are gone. Always feel great to carry on with my activity's and he's always accommodating to fit you if your in pain. Thanks Sam

My girlfriend and I have been to Sam on several occasions and each time been more than happy with the treatment provided. Fantastic knowledge of the muscle groups, great interaction, superb value for money and informative aftercare follow up email. All in all I highly recommend Sam Gittins if you have anything from general tired aching muscles, problems picked up during exercise or strenuous activity and sports injuries. Will definitely be back when needed 👍

Recommended. Best deep tissue massage ever. Have been struggling with knee and achilles problems for a while, tried physio, but that wasn't really helping. Sam really put me through the mill but definitely worth it, feels so much easier. Sam was also very knowledgeable and was happy to give advice.

I have suffered with a bad back/shoulder and neck for years, years of headaches too. I had a massage with Sam and he was amazing! Made me feel at ease straight away, very welcoming professional and friendly. My neck and back feel great, was also provided with plenty of things to do at home to help also. Highly recommend!
