Absolutely useless. Never answer the phone. Signed up to gym... no information about needing an induction in welcome emails but knew I'd need one, could never get through to book. Booked an online class turned up and was turned away as no one to Induct me. Cancelled my membership there and then in 14 day period... Still got charged first month. Saw family swim available today on the website.. tried to book but wouldn't let me online.. rang several times no answer so decides to just turn up 15 kins before the start time... turned away as not booked with both my mortified kids.. . Absolutely shocking place. Pay that little extra and sign up at total fitness. Loving it here

Shocking!!! Have to go in person to book a family swim session because they NEVER answer the phone!!! Try telling a 2 year old you have to take to the pool to book that she can't go for a swim this time!!! Whats the point in paying for a membership??

A council run leisure centre with gym, sports hall, 3g astro pitches, a grass pitch, a 10 meter small swimming pool and a 25 meter large swimming pool. The swimming lessons here are really good.
