Sensible hours and clean facilities. Just what we need for easing back after lockdown. A nice range of equipment in good working order. Sure it's not a top of the line gym, but the prices are very reasonable and they offer £5/month discount to people who work in Birchwood park. The gym is split over 2 floors. A spin studio downstairs and machines and free weight zone upstairs. There is a lift for disabled access. Remote booking via an app ensures you can pick times to suit you and is much easier than calling up. This is especially necessary as they currently have a 15 person limit to help social distancing.

Conveniently located for the business park, the staff are helpful, but very dated inside. No pool, sauna stops working for weeks at a time, and you’ll need to bring headphones unless you want to listen to awful 80’s soft rock Every. Single. Day.

Nice little Gym. While the gym is very small it is a bit more personal. I use the off peak membership as I only go late mornings so it's ideal (£170 for 12 months), pretty good value compared to total fitness. While I agree some investment would't go a miss I found the staff helpful and was offered a month by month basis as apposed to a 12 month contract. I have never had a problem getting on a machine a very rarely find more then 10 people in at the same time
