Gyms used to frighten me and I’ve been to a few through the years. Coming into Énergie feels like you’re coming home! The staff, including the gym manager, are all amazing!! The best decision I ever made. The classes are fantastic, the gym is very clean and the gym goers are ace!! Everyone helps and encourages each other and there is a massive team spirit throughout the gym floor! Thank you Énergie for helping me with my confidence and making me enjoy working out and having fun with it!!
