After being a member for 8 years, I spoke with the membership team in March to cancel my membership.

1/ 5

After being a member for 8 years, I spoke with the membership team in March to cancel my membership... which they didn't action. I'm now being continually chased by aggressive emails chasing payment. I have emailed the membership team several times... no response... I called the membership team - a manager was supposed to call me back... nothing. I have just sent them a message on Facebook messenger, and the social media team said I have to take this up with this the membership team. So if you want to join a club, which you can't cancel, them get very aggressive threatening emails - go ahead and join. I for the life of me will not set foot in a Village Hotel. Unprofessional and totally unresponsive. Crazy given the current situation, you would think they would try and save a member trying to leave, not threaten them, so they never want to join, and make it so bad, they want to tell the world... hence this review. Avoid at all cost- there are plenty of other gyms in and around Warrington which will welcome your business.
