What a fabulous place! Annette and Steph are always there to help, encourage make sure you do everything right. No other gym has qualified professionals at your side as you exercise. No other gym makes you welcome and keeps you entertained. The hours fly by and you get fitter and more mobile. The exercise is planned and focused. You are guided by experts throughout.

I have been coming here for around 6 weeks, I really wish I'd been before, I've been struggling for some time with mobility, but this place has changed that for me, you get 1 to 1 advise, not just on how to use machines but on what you can do at home to help. There's nothing Annette doesn't know about the body and how it works .... All the girls are fantastic This place is my 2nd home 😊

Great place, friendly and knowledgeable staff. I have had an arthritic knee problem for quite a while, been treated by doctors and chiropractors but Annette and her team have made my pain less now than for a long time. Cannot recommend health shack highly enough, just give it a try you will be amazed what they can do.
