Pool was cold and booking a sauna session is hard as it appears to be fully booked every time I try.

Pool was cold and booking a sauna session is hard as it appears to be fully booked every time I try. However my husband is enjoying the facilities. It would be better if there was a shallow end in the pool for the kids

Hey, Always a Regular at the village resorts however i booked in a day pass for the health and leisure facilities only to use a sauna and steam room. so i arrived at the gym, i did not intend to use no other facilities and i was told the sauna and steam is unavailable. i had purchased 2 x Pass's at a cost of £30.00 to be a completely waste. I walked straight back out and advised by the lady if i paid cash i would be given a refund however im now 'trapped within the system' because i paid online.
