This place is so amazing. The coaches and staff are all very friendly and welcome you into their lessons. It goes at a steady pace so for you new boxers/Thai boxers it’ll be all great. It’s also a great place to get fit and has a great atmosphere. I travel an hour to get there and is completely worth it.

Had my first yoga class here friday. Really enjoyed it, energising. Had a real workout after in muay Thai class! Brightly lit and clean, spacious and nice equipment layout. Friendly people, and enthusiastic. I've been around loads of martial arts places and gyms, but didn't find one I liked after been disappointed quite a few times. Very happy now, unbelievable amount of activities!
