Had a haircut here on recommendation from a friend as I was on a budget. I paid slightly more to have a fully-qualified hairdresser do it instead of a student. Haircut was fine (not amazing), but the colour was poor and my roots were quite patchy but I was asked to fill out feedback there and then while the hairdresser watched me, so I didn't feel I make any criticism. Not a bad price, but I would rather pay a bit more elsewhere next time.

My 4 friends and I have enjoyed the deluxe spa package today where we have made full use of the fabulous facilities including the vigorous hydro therapy pool, steam room, sauna and floatation treatment. This package also included a delicious 2 course lunch in The Classroom where the kind staff double checked the allergen content for one of the party with no fuss and went out of their way to ensure she enjoyed her food as much as the rest of us. Thank you for that. I highly recommend the chocolate and lime cheesecake. .....scrumptious!
