The importance of exercise has never been so great. The team here are motivating, helpful and enthusiastic. Their HITT sessions are amazing and exhausting just what I need after a long day at work and the variety and choice is fantastic. You can even go on line if you prefer. On a practical level the gym is great for social distancing - well planned and organised. Love it. The variety of equipment gives you a quality workout. I defy you not to enjoy it!

Absolutely love this gym! Such a community feel with the staff always being so friendly and helpful. I feel totally comfortable working out in the gym, with all the machines you’d need and a secluded space called ‘The Yard’ where you can use the mats and other equipment to do your own workout. I have not felt anxious once attending this gym with covid at the moment, the machines/equipment are always cleaned after use, and the staff go round throughout the day aswell. Although smaller than other gyms in size, it’s such a good one and my favourite so far with everything you need! Not to mention good music to work out to if you haven’t got your headphones 😆
