Cover Beauty Salon – newcastle

I booked here for my birthday and will definitely be booking regularly. The staff were lovely and made me feel so welcomed. My nails look amazing and my confidence has went up. I'd over-plucked my eyebrows really badly and she managed to fix them. Love this salon x

hello , new to Newcastle City and was looking for a good hairdressers and manicure and found the best one . needed a change and good advice for a balayage and got the best one. good customers service , very professional and friendly also 👍. definitely going back to do my nails and also planning to take my mom their for her birthday too . thanks

I got sensitive eyes and that is nobody's fault. Dianne suggested to that to stop the lash lifting service. -- I am not sure if it is my fault of making her feel uncomfortable or is it her being not confident in her lash lifting skills or her professionalism in calming a client down? Dianne said she could have booked in another client instead of me and told me off. Her other colleague appeared hostile against me ( completely different from how she treated me from yesterday I saw her when I made the booking.) Just want to ask whoever working in this shop--- How would you feel if you were me as a client ?Would you feel like I would come again for other services? Do you think I would recommend this service to my friends? If you think that is professional , please continue with what you do. If you think there is a better way of treating your client. I used to go here for my gellish but stopped after a bad experience with Diane. Before that my experience was always excellent with Beata. I brought 3 of my friends to the salon with me for a nice girl's day and instead I left feeling rubbish. Not only was was she late to the appointment, but she went on to continually criticise the state of my nails. I suffer from anxiety and pick my cuticles badly when I am going through a bad time. To combat this I like to get my nails done as it helps minimise my picking. So when Diane went on to comment about my cuticles and how it was impossible to make these look nice, I was shocked. She said because I picked a dark colour, it was a challenge to paint my nails neatly. I was also accused of moving and smudging as an excuse for the poor gellish application. At first I felt embarrassed, and then I felt angry that I paid for this service and also brought 3 of my friends to this salon. I've now changed salons and funnily enough my cuticles have improved as I am encouraged to help them heal, instead of shamed for coming to get my nails done while in a poor condition. I would hate to think she would also tell a person with acne it was challenging to make their make-up look nice? This was a horrible experience and luckily my friends were their to pick me up afterwards. No one needs this judgement and bad vibes any day, but especially not when you are paying for a professional treatment.
