Really like the pool area, as pool is a decent size. Good number of machines and weights available in the gym as well. I am retired so avoid it during busier times. I would have given 5 stars but I don't like it when mother's bring their sons into the ladies changing area, some if these kids look quite old, at the moment the family area is not available but from past experience they don't use it anyway 😞

It's January, so you expect it to be very busy. Clean, great facilities. Some out of order signs but usually quick to fix. Only down fall: pool would be great to have some kind of limited to people in the pool, as it can get too full to do laps (exercise swim) as some people are just nuckleheads and don't care they can see you working out. Staff not always on the desk. Always take your own lock for the locker. Be useful if they're was a facility where you could purchase a lock with key if the staff were not at the desk. GymEtc website not good to follow, so if you have any issues with software... good luck trying to get an answer via email or on the phone. Though staff are lovely and helpful when you can get through.

Freezing sauna and jacuzzi maybe very hot for couple of hours then the rest of the day it's cold, they have put the price up this year but still have the same machines and equipment, honestly am sure they is better gym and better price then this one, only things keep people going is the dirty sauna, I believe you pay for what you get but definitely not this one.

I love this gym but it isn't perfect. There's loads of machines so you never have to wait for anything. Theres blue roll and cleaning spray for you to clean down machines. There's really random music on all the time as there are juke boxes. I like this but if you didn't you would have to have very loud earphones to block it out. Could do with a few more private changing rooms. The jacuzzi, sauna and steam rooms are great but this is a busy gym so someone will be sat very close to you! Pool is alright but a chunk is always cornered off for kids lessons. For some reason a lot of people wear aftershave in the pool and you can taste it. Showers are really good. They stay on until you turn it off, not the kind you have to keep pressing. There's also shower gel in the cubicles. The doors don't lock though. Showers and changing rooms aren't often cleaned. You will be looking at the same shampoo stain and clump of hair on the wall for a few weeks. Hairdryers are quite decent for a gym and there's enough to go round. Overall it's a good gym and good value for money.
