Fenham Swimming Pool – newcastle

Great place to host a pool party for my daughter’s 11th birthday. 2 hours exclusive use of the pool with giant inflatable made for a very fun event. The staff were lovely, attentive and very helpful. We would highly recommend !

Great to still have baths around the northeast to goto...... Lost open air one at Ryton.......

I can see a lot of work happening to improve the pool every time we go which is great to see. My husband and I love it there. The staff are great and I find the pool very inviting and friendly.

Dont go!!!! Waters freezing. Pools so dirty! Toilets have wet tissue stuck all over the floors. Inflatable went up so nowhere for my kids to swim. Needs shut down!!!

Great community pool. The facilities aren't modern but it serves its purpose and is a valuable resource for adults and children alike.

The water was really wet, the wettest I've ever experienced. Try it, you'll see what I mean.

My daughter goes for lessons here and she absolutely loves it. The people are nice and friendly and are patient with the kids

Do not book with SwimNE any swimming lessons. We have had a very very poor experience were as I was sent an email telling me that our lesson had been canceled. Email reads bold letters leason changed my name the time and the date on the leassn. it then shows in brakes under it moved from a future date for the following week. So as you read down the email you read it as the first date showin is changed. IF YOU ARE CANCELING A LESSON WOULD IT NOT MAKE SENSE JUST TO SAY the DATE of the lesson that has been canceled. AT THE TOP ON THE EMAIL Very poor outlining of communication by which we have missed the wrong day. Called up SwimNE no help at all at first I was being told we already attended the lesson which was not true staff then comes back to say unfortunately that's how they communicate change off lessons. As the take your money upfront for the month there is nothing you can do its a complete con.
