It's a very cliquey atmosphere, staff seem rude when you turn up for the chill out session as if you're forcing them to stay til close? But are so friendly to certain regular members Parking is limited due to its location in Jesmond. Lockers charge you 20p each time you lock so make sure you get everything out you will need. Equally staff seem happy for you to leave belongings at the side of the pool when it's quiet. Cleaning is a bit 50:50 pool is clean. Changing rooms could do with a refresh. Gym is tiny and a bit pointless to be honest.

Lovely pool, friendly helpful staff. Always clean. Nice looking gym, although I. Haven't used it myself and an activity room packed with great sessions, nice smaller size for a younger child's party.
