Got my nails done today and the guy cut my fingers twice with the nail file. Really deep cut on my finger. There isn’t a variety of polish colour. When I’m wanting a nude/pink and came out with a brown. He didn’t cut my cuticles just left them so I had to go home and do them myself. Didn’t even paint my nails properly. Honestly don’t recommend going at all. My nails look awful I’m so dissapointed!

Absolutely disgusted with the nail technician he was so rude towards me when doing my nails. Hurt me with the nail cutter and not even an apology. As well as that, when I said I wasn’t happy with thit gem size he put two on and aggressively he ragged them off! What kind of customer service is that? And then he banged then gem box in front of me and I said which ones are smaller ones? He said it’s in front of you look with your eyes. Like is that the service I pay for? And was charged even for the gems he put on and removed.. all together I was charged £35 for basic nails. Charged £1 each for little gems. Never coming here again, with that absolutely disgusting customer service. Waste of money!

I was asked on arrival the type of nails I desired and I mentioned powder. I even produced an image of the desired nails when assigned a technician, however proceeded to apply the acrylic. I informed the technician of the powder, but assumed she knew what she was doing. When I was asked to choose a colour, for the fourth/fifth time I mentioned that I wanted the ombré powder look and then pleaded the image I displayed was a one tone nail polish! Said some words in her own language to a fellow staff member and continued to paint my nails! Funnily enough, I was quite happy with the colour she’d chosen at the end but then bubbles started to appear. Plus, the nails were filed so roughly, the edges are so abrupt. Prior to coming to Angela’s Nails, I went to BFD Nails. They’re amazing - their nails stayed on for 4 weeks, when mine usually tend to last 2-3 weeks. It’s down the road, take your money there.

Just had gel nails done, and the guy that did them didn't do them to how I wanted. He didn't find my bail properly, and didn't even cover my full nail with nail polish. It's almost like he couldn't be bothered. And then they were going yo charge me the full price. I had to tell them to give me a discount as I wasn't happy with the service. Go to another nail shop if you can. Would not recommend.
