I came today to get my pedicure and french done it was so relaxing and the service was amazing, the staff were really friendly and kind I deffo recommend this place! My treatment was carried out smoothly!✌🏼😊😊😊

Great service, took time to talk to me about what I wanted, after they were about to close and had time to do my shellac I’m really happy about the service I got, will be going back for more !!!

Salon is very nice and clean. I have been many places to have my nails done but The Nail Lounge Bradford is amazing. Really professional and very good service. I show the picture and get the result even better than I expected! They took lots of care with our nails to make sure they are in the right shape! Definitely recommend to everyone and will come back every 3 weeks.

Overall: Good selection of services and nice atmosphere, but customer service and attention to detail could do with some improvement. Simple mani without gel or polish. Cuticles bled a little and nails quite scratched, without any offer of oil, hand cream or buffing as part of service. Mentioned my concerns to who seemed to be a manager and was offered oil and hand cream/optional base coat (which I personally declined).

As a trained nail technician myself, I wanted to see how this salon worked, what products they use and just genuinely the all over nail extension treatment. I have to say that this salon is fab. They have clearly labeled products which is a big thing to know it’s not MMA. They use Not Polish acrylic which is amazing. They do use e-files but not at the extent of some salons that over file your natural nails and cause major damage. I was over all very impressed with the service and have recommended this salon when I am fully booked and can not accommodate new clients. Keep up the good work 😍

They did what they wanted on my nails and not what I wanted, I brought his attention to it 3 different times but he still ignored, maybe because he didn't understand English, but they should still make attempt to find out if customers are happy with what they are doing. They were so adamant to my needs or what I wanted... Paid £35 for what I wasn't happy about. So dissatisfied

Update: went to get them redone at 12:10 was out at 12:25 so didn’t really take long, got them shortened and sorted out. Kevin was very good and fast. He asked me if everything was okay whilst doing my nails. If I was to come again I would definitely ask for him. I went here after work at 4 waiting nearly an hour and kept being told they were nearly done, I got a pedicure and acrylic nails. I left the shop at half 7 which is a joke. Every time I said I want my nails shorter as I have work and I can’t have long nails she kept giggling to her friend and saying shorter. Asif it was a joke, this was making me feel insecure to get shorter nails. I wouldn’t use them again it took them 3 and a half hours to do nails and then speaking about me and other customers as it was very obvious. I’m at work now and can’t even type
