Booked a Swedish massage and a manicure for my mam for her birthday. The booking was really quick and easy and salon is really clean and relaxing decor. The treatments were excellent and the staff were so kind and made us feel really welcome. The location is really handy a few minutes walk from the main street. I have booked another appointment and will be recommending to all.

Absolutely loved this little place. We wanted to book a treat when visiting newcastle for the weekend and found this beautiful salon online. We LOVED our massages and felt so relaxed after. We both loved how professional the experience was and both of our therapists were super friendly and amazing at what they do. Thank you so much for the highlight of our trip. We recommend to anyone wanting a truly relaxing massage and will definitely be booking back in next time we are up in the north :-)xx

Amazing massage my back feels so much better. Amazing massage today the beauty salon is spotless and very safe. My therapist was very friendly and professional she went through everything before the treatment they had everything disposable which made me feel very safe for treatment. Would recommend for professional service and amazing massage.

I'm studying at uni and was recommended Beauty and the Spa and I cannot be happier that I found this place! The massage was perfect and the therapist was lovely and friendly. Before the massage I was asked what pressure I wanted and focus areas I had and then after I was offered a green tea to relax with! Already booked back in again!

For entry to exit, I was made very much to feel welcomed and relaxed. Treated with such kindness and professionism that I felt better even before the massage even started! I had a Back, Neck & Shoulders booked with an Scalp Massage booked in and every second was incredible. The therapist, Mel asked me what scented oils I had for choice explaining the benefits & experiences of each one, asked me how much pressure I liked and genuinely made sure I was relaxed and at ease before allowing me to change before the massage. The massage itself was pure delight and Mel definitely used the correct pressure and managed to kneed all that tension away! It was meant to be only a treat for myself and now I've already booked to go back again 😊 Do NOT skip this place!

Booked in for a back massage as had really bad pain in shoulders. The girl was lovely and friendly and I felt amazing after. The pressure was exactly what I wanted. Have already booked back in.

My partner booked myself and my friend in for a couples massage. The massage was perfect just what I needed we were very relaxed after. The therapists were professional and friendly and we found the location easy to find and convienent for lunch as very central. I just want to highlight that the covid procedure here was excellent I work in healthcare and was impressed at how they followed the procedure and clearly care about the safety of their customer . A lot of businesses seem to be ignoring the fact we are still in a pandemic and it was refreshing to see a company staying strict which certainly made myself and my friend feel very comfortable receiving treatments here. 5 stars for the massages and the covid procedure.
