Have to say my PT sessions are amazing with Umma Guru. She is polite and professional but firm when she needs to be to push you harder in the sessions. The gym overall is great and staff are friendly.

Good equipment and cleaning stations are setup every few spaces apart. Some maintenance is definitely required! There's been a hole in the ground next to one of the cables for months, attachments are missing too (no ropes). It can be difficult to get onto certain machines or even a bench at certain times of the day.

Good space for workouts, but my daughter and I caught covid from there last Friday (Christmas eve). We used to see staff constantly cleaning at the beginning of the year, but recently I've never seen anyone cleaning /disinfecting any machines /equipment. Please be careful
