Moberly Spa & Wellness – westminster

Lovely staff, lovely massage. Bright, airy good sized swimming pool. (Could do with being a degree or two warmer, but still pleasant) didn't feel overly clean as stagnant water was present in the changing room, poor drainage.

AVOID! This salon is inside a local authority fitness centre and it is not a Spa by any means. Customer service is non existent. The environment isn’t relaxing at all. The massage I received was very poor, the therapist insisted on talking throughout and it was also only for half the amount of time it should have been. Don’t bother to complain though as you will then proceed to have your intelligence insulted and you’ll be left feeling even more upset and confused. Not really the experience one wants from something that is supposed to be soothing and relaxing.

Very bad facilities , we always have problems with the messy management they have when we book court for badminton. They either don’t have the reservation on their system or they would book another activity at the same time for the same court. The manager there is sending his aggressive team to solve the problems when you complain by pushing you away. The place is always dirty and they never set the courts on time. They treat the members very bad and they wouldn’t reimburse you for your lost booking. I would say this place need a good and organized manager who has better skills and able to solve the problems in good manner instead of sending his boys to fight with members.

This place is not clean, you are mixed with all types of people men and women together who don't look like they have taken a shower before coming into the steam room or sauna. I didn't dare putting my feet on the floor. You need your own lock otherwise you have to cross the main hall in your sauna outfit (basically nothing on) and go to the swimming pool changing rooms for lockers. Very uncomfortable, I couldn't wait to get out of this place. Men and women mixed together, no separation either. They need to at least ensure the place is clean, there were women hygienic waste in the changing box :((

I've always received an excellent service, made to feel very comfortable and a professional service provided. There have been cancellations but adequate notice is given and sensible alternatives offered.

Was given a Spa voucher for Moberly Spa, I had a great time with my partner from the moment we got there we was greeted by the Spa manager and shown where everything was. We then had our treatments and used the Spa facilities after, there also a cafe area in the centre where you can have some food and drink. Only let down was we thought it was a proper Spa but it’s located in a health club, however we still managed to relax and enjoy our treatments. Would definitely recommend for treatments.

Had a massage by a lovely lady called Tasha. WOW her hands are MAGIC. I wasn't even embarrassed for moaning. It felt so good. I already cant wait for my next visit and will be booking specially with her. My boyfriend is also very jealous as I have been uplifted since I received the massage (we both work 7 days a week and always exhausted) he didn't really get the same results. But we will definitely be booking Tasha again. I really do believe God took a good amount of time creating her hands. Thank you Tasha for taking time to really know what I needed without me saying a word and making me feel brand new. See you again soon!

Our massages have been cancelled very last minute, we went anyway just to use the spa but no one was there to give us a towel or listen to us. Also the spa is not a spa. The swimming pool is full of kids doing free swimming in the lanes. There even was a swimming class going on. I personally found the water too cold to get in. All we could have was a short sauna and steam room session with a cold shower in between. No shower gel offered. Poor customer service and organization. Not recommended.

I am a regular at Moberly spa for treatments, I wouldn’t call it a luxury Spa more of salon but definitely an amazing place for treatments all the therapist are amazing, treatments are great a good value for money. This is my local and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. If you are looking for a local salon this is the place.

My booking is at 4.30pm for spa and 7pm for therapy and called me at 3.30pm and tell me that my booking was cancelled??!!! Are you kidding me? What a last minute notice!!!! Pushed all the jobs and appointments just to relax but ended up even worse. Think twice
