I phoned Chemistworks last night for some clarification on a prescription medicine and pharmacist Justin was amazing! He was able to give me a thorough explanation of the mechanisms of action for my medication and information on how to best take this to keep my pain under control. Very helpful, late on a Saturday night when no other services are open Thank you Justin! 😊

My partner went to this chemist seeking medical treatment for a skin condition he has. He had one of the helpful and lovely staff members help him find what he needed. As he was leaving to purchase the treatment a staff member told him he had to put a mask on or leave. He told her he has an exemption (due to breathing difficulties) but she wouldn’t have a bar of it, said it was store policy. I would like to argue that this policy is not about health at all. To deny someone with an exemption medical treatment is morally wrong. We will never shop here again based off this experience.

They denied me a sleep study because I can't wear a mask and have an exemption. I now have to wait over a year to get one through the hospital. Dispute the fact I clearly have life threatening apnea. I will never return here and ask anyone with any kind of compassion for the disabled to boycott this place.
