No toilet access or the staff not allowed to used it. So just find somewhere that has access toilet

This store owner is just a fraud and cheat people.This is quite unexpected and frustrating that as a Didi Platinum driver-partner I used to get 7cpl discount on fuel from any 7/11 store in NSW. However, this afternoon, once I went there to pay my fuel fee of $20 and asking for claiming the fuel discount, the customer service agent said the scanner machine does not work and he did not offer me any discount!! whereas in the evening when I went to another 7/11 store to refill the same amount of fuel, I have received 92cents of on $20 petrol!What is worst is, this is not the first time this thing happened, I went there last month and they said the same, the scanner machine not working/it does not scan, so that time I thought maybe its a mechanical default so I ignored it. But after today's experience, I think they are doing it purposely so as not to let us get the discount. so it's my urge to the customers, please check through carefully when you apply for any dicount/promotion/offer.. and report against them if you find anything suspicious! Thanks..
