The customer service is horrible. I work in fast food myself and if I acted like that I would be sacked on the spot. More interested in talking to each other then taking customers orders. The foods good, always has been but I think they need to get new and more staff.

Not bad. It was convenient to my location and I enjoyed my parmi burger which was a new sensation. Chicken Popd too salty. Not enough easy access to cutlery or napkins. Good chips.

Never a bad experience at Glendale Red Rooster! The chips are awesome and I really like the vibes of the young energetic staff. The staff try really hard to keep everyone happy - although some people are just impossible to please (as I witnessed on one of my visits).

Good food But they had the a/c set to cold or not high enough to cater for their customers that where dining in.

The pineapple fritters are the best thing on the menu, I love them so much! The chips are amazing too, really tasty and well seasoned. I don't normally eat wings, I only had them because they came with the meal I ordered, they were quite small but really tasty and fresh. The ripper sub though was kinda average, not very flavorful and the sauce tasted really weak and watery but I have had better ones here before. Takes a little long in the drive thru but you can tell the food is cooked fresh so I don't mind waiting at all.

This is the only Red Rooster franchise that we visit. The reason being is because the oil they use is frequently changed allowing their country-fried chicken to taste ever so good, never burnt or oily, as is the case with many other Red Rooster franchises. Changing the oil weekly, is the key; and believe me, they do. Plus, their customer service is excellent. Keep up the fine service “Glendale” Red Rooster! 🐓 cordially, Mick

Honestly, underrated fast food outlet. Always a good feed. Only downside is they're a bit laggie on the drive through windows times. But happy for that because of the fresh and hot food that comes out.

Average food

Food was good I love the buttermilk wings but was very slow for drive thru with 3 cars in queue and no one instore.
