Good for old folk but you must attract the youth with elaborate flumes, kids seeing them snake around the outside of the building & back in draw rhem in, it won't damage the building & your takings will skyrocket, especially in, hot summer or really cold winter, you'll lose the 4old loyal customers in their 80s, but your taking will quadruple,

If you're looking for a place to relax in style, this is it. Sadly, the weather in Glasgow isn't often up to much. When it is, I like to hit up the park. But alas, those days are rare. Fortunately, The Arlington makes up for that. Here, they have an 8-lane pool built in 1870, complete with flying trapeze and rings. There's also a sauna, steam room and Turkish suite. These facilities are perfect for de-stressing and forgetting about the outside world. If you plan on using the Turkish, I recommend bringing in something to read, be it a newspaper, book or something else. Coming to The Arlington to chill out allows you to step back into a time before monotonous leisure centres and sports complexes.

Visited with my daughter who is a member. We love the place, we will join when we move to the area. The main features are the pool and relaxation areas. The gym part is small compared to modern gyms. So if you are a gym beast this is not for you. But if it’s a community, a bit of exercise and relaxation then it’s perfect.

The facilities are great but staff could be a lot nicer. Like someone else has said, the female life guards look like someone has peed in their chips most of the time.
