It's a nice little beauty salon. Had a great experience.

A lot of us actually don’t mind paying a little bit more, hence we Carried on coming once your prices rose. I think it’s more of the effort your putting into it. I feel the beatifications are taking over. If we wanted someone under qualified to do our hair we would go else where. I think when we book with Nazia we expect Nazia to complete our hair. As in Georges for example you pay more or less depending on who does your hair. Currently at your salon your still charging the same amount and the beautician/your assistant is equally working on our hair however we are still charged the full amount. To be honest it’s not even about the money, I just feel; take on fewer clients and deliver! Like you use to and what we loved you for! A few of my friends and relatives are 50+ and I know they really make an effort to save up and then plan a trip to your salon, but all we’ve been hearing is she’s too busy and she’s rushing. I really don’t mean to be rude I’m just honestly giving a review based on what my nearest and dearest have told me and what I have experienced and witnessed. I honestly hope you improve your service and maybe take on fewer clients so the ones that are parting with money and sacrificing their time and are sitting in the chairs achieve the attention they deserve. Well I’ve been going to Nazia for years and only recently this has started happening. Before that she was fine. So I have to stick up for her and say for the past 4 years I had no problem but in the past 1 year she’s really been rushing and I feel it wasn’t worth what I paid for. But she’s a good friend and I have indirectly mentioned that she’s too busy. I know what they mean by pulling the hair 🙈🙈🙈 it hurts so bad! It’s because they don’t condition it, otherwise it would be fine. Good luck Nazia

Oh my god! I agree with Sarah. We’ve all been feeling the Same 😔 bless her she’s soo busy she rushes all the appointments and then the beautician ladies are finishing off the hair. It’s happened to my friends as well. I think over the past year Nazia is taking on far too much. When we go to a salon you expect them to finish your hair as in style if for the day. Mine was just left after being done and then dried with a hair dryer, Nazia left and the lady finished of drying it 😳I actually got my hair done for a event but have to go home and style it all myself which I thought was sooo weird!

Too Good.she changed my looks completely with a stylish haircut and highlights. Made me look 10 years younger. Well done. Keep it up.

I have been coming to Nazia’s for 4 years now and consistently left her salon feeling so pleased with the service. Nazia is now the only person I trust with my hair. She takes so much care and time with her clients, you can tell she is really passionate about what she does. As her salon works on appointments only, I have felt really comfortable and been assured that she can provide a personalised experience even during a pandemic. Prior to doing your hair, she always advises what the best treatment for your hair is and is really honest about what is best for you. She works with you to make sure you feel good but also that your hair is healthy in the long term. The prices aren’t extortionate either so I make frequent visits with confidence that Nazia will make my hair look beautiful each time. In the past, I have even booked her for makeup for weddings, events and parties and always received compliments for it. Her products are all of good quality and clean. She provides a comforting experience and is so easy to talk to that she becomes a friend . Her salon has such a friendly environment and it is ideal for hijabis as is it is strictly women’s only. I have recommended several people to Nazia over the years and they have each left delighted with their service. There is definitely a magic touch in Nazia’s hands! Thank you so much for all the lovely hair appointments.
