I wish there was a 0 star option here but I had to give it 1 start to be able to leave a review. I think the girls at the reception are absolutely rude, unprofessionals, don’t care about their job and lack basic company knowledge skills. I have received a letter a week ago saying my account was frozen during lockdown but the gym is now running so, I should be calling to unfreeze my account. I called on Thursday the 10th of September and receptionist Zahida answered. I’ve explained about the letter and told her my choice that I want my account frozen.I don’t feel comfortable going to gym just yet when we are still social distancing. She asked me if I wanted to cancel it or frozen. I have repeated the same explanation again and she replied “well, you need to make a choice here. Do you want to cancel it or carry on freezing”? I replied, “I just told you about the letter that I had received and it literally says to call if I want to carry on freezing so I’m calling you to do that” Zahida replied “I don’t have time for this attitude, I don’t have to deal with it if you’re gonna be rude” I then replied “what do you mean attitude when things are clear? You started with this tone and my enquiry is very clear”. She then replied “I don’t have to deal with this” and just hanged up the phone on me. That was absolutely rude coming from the staff who are supposed to be the face of the company. I called back and a girl picked up who didn’t introduce herself. I’ve explained the situation and she just told me “that’s fine, we will carry on freezing it”. I said I need to speak to a manager because that was out of line. She said she is the manager, which I don’t believe. She then told me her name was Aaliyah after I had asked and I am sure that’s one of the receptionist girls. Her solution to her colleague’s behaviour was “I will give her a warning” A professional manager will not say that without investigating what happened first. That’s how I knew Aaliyah wasn’t a manager but another colleague who is covering up for her fellow colleague. You do not do that to customers especially those that pay monthly subscription because without them you wouldn’t be having the job! I don’t have time for this as I was calling from work to do a simply enquiry, only to have my time wasted by a receptionist who clearly don’t want to be there. I think the quality of the service is just getting worse and I’ll rather pay elsewhere. Disgusting and unacceptable!

Love this little place that's new in heath. The staff are friendly and have manners this is very very hard to find in gyms in this locality. The place has been done up to an above satisfactory level. They have all the equiptment needed for a very strong workout session. The management are well mannered and have a smile as I mentioned before a smile when entered can determine if you will be a member for not. It's a local run gym and its mixed without any music so you can have your headphones in and listen to what you would like. They have personal trainers in hand which is very

Easy to book classes on the app, ladies only classes are plenty and there is a ladies only gym and ladies only sauna. Clean toilets and showers. Some female coaches are really great, the music is really loud during classes but when the songs are synced with the workout it makes you train harder. Classes are limited to about 35 people booked for health and safety reasons but some people come without booking and class becomes overcrowded, same with sauna sometimes, we are supposed to book it but people come in without bracelet. Overall it's a great place to keep fit!

I use the pool once a week, in the evening as they offer male only swimming sessions at certain times. Female only sessions are also available. The staff are very helpful and friendly, however entry for non subscribers is sometimes slow, and waiting time can take a few minutes. Facilities are modern, it's a relatively new building, and is generally clean. There is a smaller pool, I think this may be for younger children. There is a coffee bar, and vending machines in the foyer, but have not used. I would recommend to newcomers.

Really not happy with the customer service and incompetency. Went to join today and member of staff was dealing with a customer - and after seeing that the problem would take longer than usual I had to step in and say I only wanted to join - she then realised the queue was adding up and dealt with the next person, I was then told to wait 15 minutes to join , however forgot about me waiting there - having then waited for 30 minutes, she told me I could have come back to her earlier - not very clear at all. Second member of staff said I should have come earlier - inconsistent apology - and told me how stressful it is working there. The door didn’t work when leaving which can be a safety issue as well , trapped inside with mothers and kids after finishing their swimming lesson. Really not happy that I’ve had my time wasted, I’ve used this gym before in the past and not had such a terrible experience.

Kids running round the gym, using the equipment at peak times - one boy wasn’t older than 10 messing around on the treadmill so others weren’t able to use it. Crazy! Some staff are so lovely, others miserable as hell, also not enough equipment and space for the volume of members it has every day. Not worth the membership cost. They have a fabulous class instructor though, she was the reason I kept going at one point, awesome lady - does spin and body pump classes, thank you to you!
