Wanted to get a service kit, rang them up as door was closed to which I was told they are only doing click and collect due to covid! When I mentioned I needed a service kit the guy on the phone should of checked to see if they had one, instead he told me to pay on website and wait 15mins and receipt will come thru, I waited half an hour before calling asking if anything has come through to which he replied "I can't see anything, I don't know where you have ordered from"! I replied "toronto repco where we are" then he rudely said "no I don't know where you have ordered from" then he told me they don't have it! He was very rude and definitely should not be on the phones, I am very disappointed!
