Asked for my nails doing by a certain member of staff who then sent me to somebody else when I specifically said that he had done wrong twice before and ended up leaving there with a nails that look like my four-year-old daughter has done them and still have to pay £45. Never again will I go there, they have definitely lost a loyal customer

First time I went my nails were perfect. I had a different girl the second time, and it's of a really poor standard. Nail polish on one hand looks lumpy not smooth, also my nails on both hands feel soft instead of hard, and polish is starting to peel in places. I think this is because she didn't leave my nails under the lamp long enough compared to other times I've had my nails done. There was also bits of polish on the tips of my fingers, which I had to remove when I got home. I just don't think she was very good at doing nails. Sorry, but won't be back.

Terrible abrupt staff. Went in with my daughter for her nails painting. Was told in no nice manner where to sit and where to move to for drying. My 12 year old daughter was then told off for moving and slightly smudging a nail. This was supposed to be a treat that turned into a nightmare. Would never never use again. We we're both made to feel like we were putting them out. Terrible place!!.

I am utterly astounded at how my nails were done yesturday and I wanted to inform people of the bad service I received!! The lady cut my thumb then didn’t even wipe the blood off instead she painted over! Happily share all the pictures! Was a horrific experience if I could give them zero stars I would All the acrylic was wonky the shape was horrendous and colour was badly painted! I will never return & I would strongly advise people away from this place

Visited Lam Boutique yesterday as needed urgent repairs to my nails doing. Wow.... what a friendly place, having explained that I didn't know the area so was unsure about parking the owner directed me to a parking space directly outside the shop. Once inside I was offered tea and coffee. I then decided to go for the works. I opted for a take off and full new set of nails with designs, eyebrows, lip n chin wax. All for £43.... such good value!! The chap who did my nails was excellent and so friendly as was the lady who did my eyebrows!.... I'll definitely be back when ever I'm in Leeds visiting. Highly recommended and very good value for money, most certainly worth a visit.

I have been coming here for my nails doing for a number of years and never had a problem. The staff are always polite and very friendly. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone thinking of having some pampering
