Thorpe Park Hotel & Spa – leeds

Albeit a time of uncertainty due to the Rona, the customer service was unwavering. The staff were exceedingly friendly, room service was prompt and the food was fantastic. Not to mention the room rate for a suite was exceedingly attractive. All in all I was thoroughly impressed. Thank you Thorpe Park for a lovely stay.

Second time we have stayed in this hotel in the last 3 months. Once again excellent service by all staff, in particular Grace & Rose our servers for the evening in the restaurant went the extra mile. As they made our anniversary that little bit special with a nice touch to our dessert, they had got the chef to write in chocolate Happy Anniversary on the serving plate. The food in the restaurant excellent and hotel spot on with the what they have put in place due to COVID restrictions. Overall a very clean and well run hotel, signature rooms excellent as you get a area to sit with little settee and table. Spa facilities great as well stayed on the 2 night getaway break excellent value for money.

This was bought by my sister as a present for my birthday. On arriving at the Spa and bare in mind I have not visited a Spa before, I was put at ease and enjoyed an amazing day. Think I might treat myself to this sort of thing again. Thanks for a super professional day. Mandy H

Absolutely stunning hotel inside and out. Rooms are spacious, well catered and comfortable. The bar and restaurant serve the most excellent food, and the spa is just the most relaxing place. Well done to Thorpe Park for putting in careful measures to ensure all guests (and staff) stay safe during the current global pandemic. We look forward to returning post-lockdown. .

Very lovely and helpful staff. Sauna & steam room is closed but very nice pool and jacuzzi. Gym was wonderful and had amazing. Lovely room. Enjoyed my stay. Will be returning x

Our son's wedding was held at the hotel. We stayed 2 nights. I'm please to say the hotel was nice and warm. The rooms were spotless, the bed comfortable and we were lucky enough to have one of the suites. The tea and coffee was replenished and clean cups. The staff were approachable and friendly. The wedding went ahead smoothly and the food was first class. Thank you Thorpe Park for a lovely stay and wedding

Attending a baby shower today with a group of other ladies has been the best afternoon out in a long long time and it was very welcome. The staff were really attentive and the two ladies serving us in the library were wonderful, nothing was too much trouble for them and they bent over backwards to help one of our party with her gluten free diet. It was a very happy afternoon made all the more special by the surroundings and ambience. Very clean, very sparkly and very tempting to go again. Thank you very much

Good location and decor. Lovely roaring open fire at the entrance lobby. Pleasant staff. Comfy bed, however all you can hear is some sort of boiler/engine/noise from 3am onward. Didn’t manage to sleep all night. Not much vegetarian choice of hot breakfast available.

Great to be back. Clearly some re-opening teething issues - new staff and new procedures. The breakfast offerings need a bit more thought, but generally a great place to stay.

Great pool, jacuzzi, sauna & steam rooms set at perfect temperatures. Relaxing light & airy lounge area by the pool to chill out with a free drink between laps. All very clean & hygienic. Staff very friendly.
