The staff here are very helpful. They are always keen to help you whenever you are unsure of something. It is well priced a gym. You get access to the gym, pool, sauna, steam room, jaquzzi and classes.

Quality wee gym and the pool,spa,sauna & steam room are an added bonus, the staff are always availab
