I had a great time in the spa with Chloe in September. She was very friendly and helpful. She was very flexible and gave me all advice I needed. I couldn't make up my mind easily about the colours of my nails for my purple wedding dress and she pointed me in the right direction. She made me very relaxed and we had some good chats when she was doing my nails for my wedding. I also felt safe in the hotel and the spa which was important for me as I'm also pregnant. I had a fabulous time and I can recommend Chloe to anyone! Thank you for making this time so lovely for me :)

Had the best experience at the spa , all the team were so welcoming and happy despite current times . My massage was out of this world and first time I’ve felt truly relaxed in a long time, the products used were divine and the aromas made me focus on my breathing and slow down. Amy took time to find out where my most tense areas were and worked on them , it certainly made a huge difference and want to have another ! Loved the spas cleanliness and tranquility ❤️, will definitely be back .

Jess was fantastic - so welcoming & friendly and gave me an amazing massage. It's my second time at the salon and both times have been a great experience. Highly recommend Sleeping Beauty - it's a haven in the middle of the city. Thank you Jess! xx

I visited with my partner for a relaxing spa day. We both had deep tissue massages. Mine was okay and my partner's was quite poor. He said the masseuse didn't apply extra pressure when he politely asked and didn't check in with him at all during the massage. He described it as "just like a car wash." Which was obviously disappointing. The ambiance was probably the most unfortunate part. The pool is also for hotel guests and their young children. The treatment rooms are right there. As such, during our massages, we could hear loud talking, children running around and coughing etc. You can also hear conversations from reception and the nail bar area. Not really a relaxing environment despite having a "quiet please" sign which nobody seemed to pay attention to. Finally, despite having a 1.25 hr treatment, the pool and sauna are extra and must be paid for and booked separately. I've never been to a spa where it isn't included with treatments over 1 hour. There was also nothing on the website saying it was separate or a way to book it separately. If you're looking for something nice like a regular day spa/or for a special occasion, I'd suggest looking elsewhere.
