I went in to Luscious Beauty Bar today for several treatments; firstly the place was spotless and lots of Covid related notices; QR code notice, masks etc being displayed which made me feel very confident that they were doing their utmost to go above and beyond the guidelines and also wiping down furniture, handles etc. My temperature was taken immediately and I was asked to sanitise my hands - quite rightly. Then I had a manicure a marine spa pedicure, brows and lashes tinted, threading finished with a sunbed. All the treatments were amazing, nails prepped and painted to perfection; I can’t recommend Nicola enough and she was lovely, friendly, chatty and above all super professional. She wore a visor, gloves, an apron and a mask. I can’t wait to return for another gorgeous pamper session - the prices were very competitive too. Thank you Luscious Beauty Bar.

Unprofessional people-avoid at all costs It isn't so hard to ring a customer with an appointment booked to let her know it's cancelled ? is it? Instead she caught a taxi for 25 minutes to get there only to be told her appointment was cancelled. Really poor customer service AVOID AVOID AVOID

I booked an appointment for a Spa Pedicure for 4pm. When i got to the place the person at the desk said she wouldn't be able to do it for me as they had NO gloves left!. I was so upset about this i was looking forward to it, what upset me the most is that they had all day to let me know via phone call if they had no gloves left and couldn't do the app, however they waited until i got there to let me down which so unacceptable and awful. I had to book somewhere else because of this.
