I came across this salon needing a last minute trim and I've been going back ever since. Mel is a brilliant stylist, I love chatting to her but equally she'll let you relax and enjoy it (I almost fell asleep on my last visit oops!). I think if I moved out of Leeds I'd still want to come here. Highly recommend.

Awful experience. The lady kept cutting my face and ears with her nails. She burnt my scalp with the hairdryer and used the hairbrush as an excuse of her not feeling how hot it was. It was slanted from the back and when i pushed my hair forward one side was longer than the other. Awful place. They are terrible. They called me and said i couldnt get a refund after they said it would be given to me. After sending pictures of my hair they r saying its invalid after they have checked CCTV and because i left with a smile on my face, they are saying that it was a good cut. Awful people to get into contact with after saying they open at 10 i didn't get a phone call till 11:30 back and they never said their salon at hyde park was closed which it is. Bad management.

Gemma was my therapist and she did an excellent leg wax. Even though I go a bit sensitive and red during waxing she was an absolute professional. Quick, efficient, thorough and made me feel really welcome and comfortable. I'd go back to 116
