Only gave 2 stars because they tried to be nice and fix it without charging me again. Hair result would have to be no stars though... Booked a perm for around £65, told them the length of my hair and asked if it'd work okay. They said it would. Went in was told because of my long hair it was instead going to be a spiral perm. So that it would work. Fair enough.. Assumed the price wouldn't change because it was still a perm and no change in price was remotely mentioned until I was At The Counter to pay. Almost £100 instead. The curl fell out within the same day despite excruciating care to avoid all moisture (my hair did not get even slightly damp at any point). Called them up and explained what had happened and had to reschedule for them to fix my now mostly uncurled but frizzy hair. Went back had the entire process done again and it seemed to hold. For a few days... Was told they'd call back to check in. That was before new years and I still haven't heard anything back and the curl has ENTIRELY fallen out... I Literally paid almost £100 to have my hair made permanently Frizzy. That's it. I don't want to go back because any more processing and I'll just have to cut it all off the quality inotably damaged as is... Honestly I wish I could just cut it off as is but I would look even worse with short hair.... Angry and frustrated I didn't get refunded after this Absolute Disaster.... Lovely enough staff but I just can't reccomend them ... Its going to take 3 years for my natural hair to grow back out to the same length....

Excellent service! Chatty and friendly hairdressers will give full consideration to what you want. A few times I've been coming here for haircut, colouring and style, and my experience has always been fantastic. Absolutely love this place!

I'm not giving the two stars about the experience, the ladies at the salon are actually very lovely. Unfortunately, the haircut was not. I came in with a photo of myself with some well done round layers I wanted back, but I left with a strange mess of a very thick front layer. The scissors they used weren't sharp enough either as my hair started tangling the next day at the very ends. So now I will have to wait for my hair to grow out a little and get the cut fixed somewhere else.

This salon is FAB! Joanne is so attentive my hair is a nightmare long, thick & Caribbean however I came away with hair cut & permed Omg it was amazing & price fantastic thanks to Joanne & her amazing staff! Highly recommended!!
