Its too small and too expensive, why is an ice cream van allowed to fill a valuable parking space?

First hike of my trip and views did not disappoint! On a clear day you can see for miles! Walk is a mix of uphill rocky terrain, heather fields and some climbing opportunities too if you like on some central pieces. I came across some lovely cows on my walk who were very curious. Recommend catching on a clear day, also think this would have some beautiful night skies! Doesn’t take long to get to a good vantage point. Car park is a bit pricey but all goes towards maintaining these beautiful spots!
