Booked the Terrace Suite (mainly for the terrace access) for a special occasion for 9 Dec 2020. The terrace area is very poorly maintained. Most of the wooden fences have rotted away and strewn all over the balcony, paint on railings have chipped off in huge proportions, and my bathtub was draining water onto the terrace. Do not be deceived by the photos provided by the hotel. The only positive aspect of the hotel was a male staff who was relatively helpful. I would advise any potential guests to physically check the condition of the terrace if that is your main consideration for making the booking just like me, before confirming your booking.

Very close to Unagi Man Man & Potatohead. The hotel is clean and basic, since its such an affordable rate. I would recommend everyone to stay at their suite terrace where they have a huge balcony for you to hold a gathering! On top of which, the staff there are so helpful and extraordinary.

Quite obvious that the place have not been maintained well. Been there twice. 1st experience = BAD. Expected the terrace room but Booking.com made a mistake and I had to stay a night at the Regular queen room which was awkwardly small. Space design is ridiculous. And you literally have no space to stand and shower. 2nd experience= GOOD not GREAT. Managed to get the Terrace room. Thanks to Agoda.com (Room no. 404) - Fridge wasn't cold. - Chair in the room had weird 'sweat' smell. The terrace sets it apart. - But the swing was broken. - The wooden "barricade" which I believe the designers put to allow a more private feeling and safety for guests also haven't been maintained. It was broken too. The only great experience I had here was with the bars and cafés beside the hotel. And their lovely Front Desk Staffs. All of them were professional and polite. Look forward to seeing better reviews!!

Check in was very slow. Keep on attending to workers and chatting with staff. It could be much smoother, customer was never place top piority. Room was ok for the price, worth it. However bedsheet did not change, I have sensitive skin and I know if bedsheet is not changed. Hair was also found on pillow. Didnt expect much from a budget hotel.

Room is very small and lack of space. Looks dirty and not clean especially during the COVID-19 period. Shower space is terrible, flooded while showering as the floor looked uneven. Receptionist is very rude and not being helpful. With this price I could get a better stay elsewhere. Great location in chinatown.

Worse room ever. Book a $70 bed. Assign into a single bed bedroom with limited shower space. No complimentary mineral water. Television not working properly. Bed is obviously those double story bed and remove into 2. Nothing worth mentioning for revisiting this hotel. With the amount i paid, I could easily get a double bed bedroom around the area.
