Had a lovely stay here, we went for the normal rooms (not club suite). We made a reservation for the swimming pool hour time slot when we are checking in. The room was packed neatly, though we felt that it was dusty as our nose were itching whenever we were hanging out in the room. Hotel staff services was good, pretty friendly and helpful to our requests. Lots of good cafes around the hotel to have a meal at. The hotel breakfast and high tea at Marmalade was nice. Overall we had a pleasant experience!

Booked the deluxe room but was offered an upgrade to club room upon check-in! The room is clean overall, and we had a great pool view. Amenities and service was great; the staff responded quickly and efficiently to any enquiries and help when needed (even through booking). Also attended the yoga wellness activity on Sunday morning, conducted by Stephanie! She was super friendly. It was a super wonderful experience for us (and hopefully for the 3 other couples too!) We enjoyed the session thoroughly. Thank you for letting us have a well-rested and comfortable stay.

I am very disappointed to choose this hotel. I was expect more services that's the reason I booked club room type but nothing at all useless . The breakfast has limited. I understood that COVID-19 period buffet is prohibited but the thing that I observed is breakfast has limited for 1 dish per one person only. What is this? I was not full. Not worth at all. useless. The only thing is nice is Location only.

To avoid the holiday season, we booked a stay after the new year. Hotel has lots of greenery. It's very comfortable with the breezy weather. Room is small but cosy and we got a room with a nice view. Amenities provided smell really nice too. Staff along the room corridor were friendly and greeted us even though they were doing their things. Food at happy hour can be improved. The pool at the rooftop has a lot of dried leaves. But it is difficult to blame the staff as the weather is too windy. Service can be better. The gentlemen seated at level 12 did not notice that we approached the desk or walked past the desk to go to the gym. They were seated and looking at their computer or phone but on the 21st floor, even though the desk was away, the lady managed to greet us. Another issue was that we ordered food delivery for supper and it was delivered and placed at level 1. Nobody called us that they have received on our behalf. We went down and were surprised that there is no one at level 1. We did see a gentleman sitting at the breakfast area but we weren't sure if he was a hotel or restaurant staff. We advise to book the club room as its on a higher floor with better room and overall experience is better too.

So far the best hotel hospitality I had in Singapore. We stayed in the club room and the amenities were great. All the staffs were nice, special shout out to Atiqa who received us during check-in and has been so great in our 4 days and 3 nights stay. Her smile, service and genuineness made the difference!

Stayed in a club room for 4D3N with my wife during our wedding celebrations. Club rooms were pleasant to stay in. Sliding bathroom doors meant that one was able to watch TV from the comfort of the bathtub. Was surprised with a small gift from the staff when we first arrived. Staff were very helpful. They helped us heat up our leftover food from our wedding dinner. Concierge also assisted us with our baggage during our check in and check out. Location also made it very convenient to access the many restaurants in the area. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and will definitely be back again.

The front desk for Club Room was very helpful and friendly. Explain the terms and conditions with the local government stringent rules to adhere. The room is beyond expectations with cleanliness. The view is quite scenery with level 21 (infinity pool) exclusive for club room only. Recommended to book for club room.

Second time here and I am feeling more comfortable already! My girl and I love the room and all! We’ve had a very pleasant stay and the staff are really great and nice! Really happy to have spent my 21st Birthday here!!! I’d recommend! Okay but 😅 we wanted to watch Netflix on the TV but it wasn’t iPhone friendly so we couldn’t mirror our phones to the TV could only watch the channels and YouTube - Just feedback! - Unicorn⭐️
