Hilton Singapore – lake district

Lovely hotel, well maintained and very clean. Staff were very friendly and service is excellent. The hall is spacious and there is a row of shops if you want to do some immediate shopping. There is also a bakery and restaurant in the vicinity of the lobby area. The cake shop is amazing, it has so many beautiful cakes on display in the cabinets that it just entice you to just go and buy and have dinner immediately. The room is clean and spacious. All items are disinfected and sealed for your comfort. The room is bright and comfortable. Definitely will be one hotel, I will return to stay. It is also right in the middle of Orchard road shipping belt. Definitely a shipping paradise!

Two dear friends celebrated my birthday with an afternoon tea set at Opus Bar & Grill Steakhouse. We had a most delightful server, Tina, from D9 Cakery who patiently took our questions regarding the range of cakes eligible for the promotion. And she gave good suggestions too regarding popular cakes and cakes she herself likes. When she served us and my girlfriend pointed out we're celebrating my birthday, Tina sweetly asked if we'd like a candle to celebrate. She helped take our photos. Nice conversationalist, made our afternoon tea super enjoyable. Kudos!

Went to il cielo to celebrate my gf’s 21st birthday. Ambience was top notch and service was extremely good. We had both the Italian and Japanese set menu and the food was extremely delicious. Highly highly recommend this place if you’re looking for something more high end and want to enjoy something unique. Kudos to the team, Boh Li, Cai Ying, Didacus, Sarah and Chef Sasaki. Thank you so much!

Visited Hilton for an event we organized there. Facility wise, the projector was problematic in the beginning but the IT staff fixed it. Lighting was dimmed and there was no where to make the room brighter except by opening up the curtain which is a downside obviously. Staff is helpful and fulfilled our various requests.

Extremely friendly staff and very comfortable hotel. Hotel has very good location: not only on the Orchard road with lots of high end stores but have close to numerous food centers and supermarket. Very convenient! My parents stayed there for 9 nights during the pandemic and they enjoyed their stay very much. Especially the executive floor staff PeiXuan Boo, Kenny Lee and Angels Tang made them feel home. The front desk staff were also very friendly and helpful too. Feel honored to be a Hilton diamond member and this hotel is one of the best 3 places to stay in Singapore.

We were surprised at how old the hotel was. However, this was hugely compensated by your staff's hospitality and professionalism. Besides being professional, Kenny was extremely patient with the grouchy me, during check-in. It would be good if the room has things ready for 3 instead of 2 since my booking says that it is a room for 3 guests. Chambermaids were friendly and efficient. I was pleasantly surprised when your staff wanted to decorate the room for my son's birthday. That was a very sweet gesture. Most hotels made do with a cake only. It is brilliant to have 2 toilet rolls instead of 1. This minus the hassle of having to keep asking for one more roll. The breakfast was yummy. Your restaurant was very busy everyday but this did not compromise your staff's service and the food. Meals were served promptly and hot. The serving crew served with a genuine friendly smile all the time.

Had the package, the steak lunch was great, room was great, just that the front desk could be improved on, and breakfast it would be better if we could choose both Asian and Western instead of either or. Nonetheless, we enjoyed our stay.

Did a last minute hotel booking and was glad that we managed to book this hotel. Love the location as it is situated at the other side of Orchard which is more quaint and quiet. Hotel was accomodating as well. Rooms are comfortable and overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Always enjoy being back at this property as your team makes me feel like I am coming home. Largely your executive lounge team Ms Boo who always keeps a look out for my booking and takes great attention. When I was at the Exec Lounge, you could also see that other members recognize and enjoys her attention and service. You gotta give her a huge pat on the back. It is a shame that Hilton could loose her when this hotel changes its management.

Attended a wedding. Your run of the mill 4/5 star hotel, nothing much to complain about in terms of decor and cleanliness.
