Stayed here during my SHN. The food is obviously improved, so I guess they took the feedback of the previous occupants to heart. While the taste was acceptable, it would have been nice to have a little variety like noodles or something. It was mixed vege rice pretty much throughout the stay. Room was clean and cosy, and staff were really nice and kind. Hearing them delivering food with a smile was really nice during the 14 days.

I was been Quarantine for 14 days in Park Avenue Rochester Hotel. I had a good experience staying there. I called for maintenance when my TV was not working. A maintainance guy named Praba came and help out to fix it, after that he came again to follow up if all okay. Great and helpful guy. Thank you for the good service and nice food.
