Staff are friendly and well trained. Facilities are well maintained - the pool is nice and greenery around the hotel is impressive! I loved hearing the sounds of waterfall while leaving the hotel room. Food was good enough and very expensive though. Room service can be a bit slow. We had breakfast at The Line restaurant, food was good and there was quite a good selection too. The hotel has such a cozy and warm atmosphere to it that I extended my stay by one more night. The main issue I had was the room had small ants in the pantry and study table area... it wasn’t resolved despite the pest control, so probably needs more intensive solutions. I didn’t feel so comfortable being in a room being sprayed with pesticides but was told it was safe. My daughter had a case of food poisoning on our last day (had to go to the emergency room At the hospital due to this) , I’m not sure if it was related to the pesticides being sprayed in the room? But surely it did cause some suspicions over it.

Everything was amazing as always. Stayed in both valley and garden wing and there was nothing to fault. It was flawless. Food at pool and waterfall were beautiful, staff were amazing. Had amazing massages and the spa were accommodating even though we were 30 mins late, which was completely my fault. They still fit in the full treatment. Also the kids facilities and staff working there were as always great and put 2yr had an amazing time. Thank you to all and have a happy Xmas. Only one small point to note, the pool bar was overwhelmed on Tues, the poor chef was running around like crazy, but the food was awesome. We didn't mind the wait but some people were waiting a long time. Waiters were also run off there feet. Someone to manage would have been good to allow them all focus on their job. However this is not a slight on any of them, maybe just a little better organized by the hotel. They were still super friendly and the chef had time to have a joke with us which was nice!!!

My family took up the fun family playcation package. It was a lovely time for the whole family over the weekend. All our needs were very well taken care of and we enjoyed our weekend. Special mention for the newly opened Splash Zone - done up very well and a marvelous place. Small area of improvement for the picnic basket: might be good to include either mosquito patches or some bug spray. And additional paper napkins. All in all, a very delightful time we had.

We had a great experience. We were supposed to get the picnic basked that arrived quite late and we had to call the concierge twice to get it. However, I stick to the 5 star experience because we received a very nice card and some chocolates as well. This was very much appreciated. Breakfast was excellent as well. I would probably some more "healthier choice" in there if possible: more fruits or something like that (especially for the kids) but it's a minor detail. Overall it was an extraordinary experience with the kids (buds, baking classes, splash zone), good restaurant, great staff.

4/ 5

Overall the stay was very good, the room size was good, and the separate dining area in the deluxe suite really helped with kids around. The only thing that can be improved is the serving of breakfast. Despite booking for breakfast to be served between 8am to 9am, breakfast only arrived around 930am after reminders. There was also one portion of main course short, that was promptly replaced. Otherwise the breakfast quality was good. It would also be useful if the contact extension for the butler be displayed on the phone. The butler did introduce himself, but we had no idea how to access thereafter. The digital concierge was quite useful, but it will only answer appropriately if the keywords are correct. It did take care of 80% of the needs.

Just attended a wedding here. The food is very good served warm. Fresh and vegetarian options available too. Overall the hall is grand and nice. Safe distance was observe and the host made sure people from groom and bride side did not mix. Facility looks old but we'll kept and maintain.
