When we parked up outside and got out of the car we was greeted by one of the staff members who took our bags and checked the car in. I would highly recommend using the valet parking, so easy! He was absolutely fantastic by the way, so cheerful and friendly which set to tone really nicely. We headed up to reception to check in, greeted again by the friendly staff (everyone was lovely) who gave us some vodka shots before we headed to our room. We stayed in the Bank Managers Suite which really was fantastic - the bath in the room was amazing! As we arrived at our room our bags arrived as promised. We drank in the bar and eat in the restaurant. Firstly the restaurant was fantastic, service was top drawer and our waiter couldn’t have been more accommodating, he really was fantastic! The food was outstanding especially the Chateaubriand! The bar was okay, the staff where very polite and helpful but service was slow...I understand it was busy so I can’t be too negative about that. There was plenty of options for cocktails, beers etc and everything we tried was 5*. Overall we had a fantastic stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone - I don’t think I’ve ever experienced such fantastic customer service as we did here. Thank you to the staff at Hotel Gotham for a brilliant stay...we’ll be back!

Went to Hotel Gotham for afternoon tea and I have to say it was really good. The service and attention from the staff was first class and they were happy to meet my more simplistic food requirements by switching sandwiches ro meet my taste. Dining on the 6th floor overlooking the City and we were nicely placed adjacent to a window for a good view. Well worth a visit in what seems to be a classy hotel.

Stayed here twice now and doesn’t disappoint. Everything you need in the rooms, Shower is amazing and good ensuite facilities. When you close the door to your room its quiet and feels private. Mini bar well stocked with lots of extras on hand if you want them. Well worth a visit for the money too.

I booked into the Hotel Gotham last week for a celebratory afternoon tea following my grandson's graduation. The selection of teas and food were excellent, as was the service. The event was made extra special by my grandson being presented with a plate on which was piped the words 'Congratulations on your Graduation' together with several chocolate covered treats at the end of the afternoon tea. A really nice, unexpected touch. I would definitely recommend this afternoon tea experience. The cost of the afternoon tea was reasonable and compared favourably with other good hotels in Manchester City Centre.

We've been talking about coming here for a year now, and boy it didn't disappoint! Our suite was spotless, with great little touches. The valet parking and concierge staff were awesome on arrival and depature. A welcome french martini was a big plus for me! Great roof top bar, where the waitress made fabulous drink recommendations based off our first drinks order. The turn down service was a nice touch. We will be visiting again. Thank you!
