We (my wife and myself) stayed in the hotel for three nights. We had previously informed them that my wife had cancer and from arrival to leaving we could not of felt any safer, the room, the hotel and all the staff from management down were fantastic, may be the one thing would be a wider choice on the restaurant menu. But still 5 ✨.

Clean and comfortable room. Friendly staff. Good Covid restriction measures although the one way system at breakfast was perhaps not enforced rigourously enough.

The hotel is nice and clean. I really liked the rooms. Location is very good. However, it is not usual Hyatt Regency service. I am a globalist member with Hyatt and I have been to many of their properties all over the world. The issue is not that service was not good, it was good. But it was not Hyatt good. Regency properties are more upscale. I would recommend it in Manchester.

Nice room, the extra pillows we requested were in the room ready, friendly helpful staff. Nice breakfast, hash browns could have been hotter but it's a minor complaint. Oh the shower was fab. Hot and powerful. The room is small (not unusual) but very well laid out. Would recommend.

Restaurant service well above and beyond our expectations!! We stopped by for breakfast today (non-guests) as a birthday treat and the staff really pushed the boat out for us. Really made my day to be honest! Apart from that, the venue and breakfast were great, decent buffet variety, all looked freshly cooked and vegans are well catered for. Recommended! 👌

The hotel is modern and good quality. All furnishings like mattress sheets etc all v good. The bar has a good atmosphere with nice lighting and jazz music. Food at breakfast of good quality but personally I am still Covid cautious and a breakfast buffet not to my taste. We also ate in evening at bar and presentation unfortunately better than taste. All in all like the concept and will consider using again in future if back to Manchester, if can find a good price.

Contemporary hotel in student district of Manchester. Multistorey car parking opposite. Upmarket hotel with good food but expensive. Pleasant staff. Stay marred by noisy air con and TV that wouldn't switch off. Comfy bed and fab walk in shower. Unless you have business with the university, it is difficult to recommend for anything else.
