Receptionists act like you're wasting their time and any request to see someone is simply putting them out completely. If you want an X-ray don't waste your time going, they cannot be bothered. Go first thing in the morning and the x-ray will be "broken". Go in the afternoon and they'll make you sit for hours waiting until it's too late to have an x-ray and send you to the JR. If by some miracle you get an x-ray, they can't do casts anyway so off you go to the JR. Even if you arrive shortly after they open, when there is absolutely no one else waiting and you can see staff sitting around doing nothing, you'll still have a 2 hour wait. This has happened multiple times now, just go to the JR and save yourself the bother.

Doctors think we are wasting their time. So rude and not polite. I understand they have a lot of patients, why make an excuse been a doc in the first place. Saving lives is more important. If they were so eager to brush you off so quickly and ignore your call. I have called 111 and this is nearest to my area and they concern is to get seen by doc this midnight. But the doctor wants me to go away and visit the GP on Monday and wait in line.

Came in to A/E with a shoulder/collarbone injury. Suspected broken bone as referred by SnowCentre in Hemel Hempstead. X-Rayed within an hour and received good care, professional advice and kindness. Special thanks and recognition to Alex and his knowledgeable female counterpart.

Doctors were great however the car park could be better! The machine is coin operated only (no contactless / online pay) with no cash machine in sight.. I had to hobble in for my appointment, hobble back to my car (where a car park attendant had been licking his lips at the prospect of me going over the ‘free time’ ) Drive to a cash machine and then drive back to the Hospital to pay for my parking. Quite frustrating really.. To reiterate however, the doctors were great but stop by a cash machine before arriving.

I took my son to his appointment- arranged by 111. Was seen straight away. The staff were so lovely. My son had a suspected broken ankle. His appointment was at 10:20am and was seen on time. We were out by 11am, was seen by a really nice dr, was xrayed and seen again by the same dr. So speedy. Such a nice hospital. Highly recommend!

Used this clinic for 3rd time... on every single ocassion i had to wait 3-4 hours, ridiculous. And if you have a x-ray, it is easy 4+ hrs... Not recommending especially if you are with kids.

Very bad experience at this clinic. after the referral from 111, the out of hour doctor prescribed migraines tablets to my partner, who was suddenly experiencing a serious headache e vomiting, although advised by me that he does not suffer from migraines. After 24 hours I had to take him straight to the hospital because the headache had not improved and found out he had a brain aneurism. This was a life threatening situation. I would not trust this clinic if you have anything more than a minor injury.
